Our Returns Policy
At MJ Beauty & Fashion, we take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, we will make it right.
Eligible Returns
Product arrived damaged or broken during delivery.
You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Product is significantly different from the description on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or perfume products (for hygiene reasons).
Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How to Return an Item
Contact us within 7 days
Send us a WhatsApp message within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order reference number and a photo of the item.
Await confirmation
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved within 24 hours.
Send the item back
Once approved, return the item in its original packaging to our address. The cost of return shipping may apply.
Receive your replacement or refund
Once we receive and verify the item, we will send a replacement or process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to your account. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We will notify you via WhatsApp when the refund has been sent.
