How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and transfer the total amount to our Access Bank account. Click 'I Have Made Payment' and notify us on WhatsApp — we'll confirm within 1–2 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer only. Transfer to: Access Bank, Account Number 1234231738, Account Name: Adebayo Anuoluwapo Folashade. After transferring, please notify us via WhatsApp with your order reference number.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our standard delivery fee is ₦2,000 across Nigeria. This is added to your order total at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Within Ogbomosho and nearby towns: 1–2 business days. Other states across Nigeria: 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a call or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, save your order reference number. You can contact us via WhatsApp (09074302564) with your reference number and we will give you an update on your order status.
Are your skincare products safe for all skin types?
Yes! All our skincare products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are free from parabens and harmful chemicals. However, if you have a known allergy, please check the product description or contact us before purchasing.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product was damaged or incorrect. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us on WhatsApp first to start the process. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Currently we deliver within Nigeria only. We are working on expanding our international shipping. Please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
Are the products original and authentic?
Yes, absolutely. All our products — skincare, cosmetics, wigs, bags, shoes, and perfumes — are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. Our skincare range is our own formulation made with natural ingredients.
